All user data is stored locally on your device using the browser's localStorage. We do not transmit, collect, or store any personal data on external servers. Your data remains entirely on your device and under your control.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Play Billing: If you make in-app purchases through Google Play, transaction processing is handled by Google under their own privacy policy.
• Analytics: We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics to understand general usage trends and improve the app. No personally identifiable information is shared.

5. Children's Privacy

"Lost in Chinglish" is designed for users aged 13 and above. The app implements an age gate to verify that users meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@lostinchinglish.com and we will take steps to delete such information promptly, in compliance with COPPA.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all of your stored data at any time by navigating to Settings > Delete All Data within the app. This action permanently removes all game progress, scores, and locally stored information from your device. Please note this action cannot be undone.
